Our founder, Sally Gallagher is a strong advocate for individuals and families affected by disabilities because of the personal impact her sister and step-daughter had on her life. Life was not easy for her family, and they often felt the isolation and lack of acceptance that so many experience in similar circumstances.
At her daughter’s school, Sally observed that a lack of resources prevented the students from experiencing the dignity they deserved. Sally enlisted her church to help with solutions for those who could not advocate for themselves. This simple act of kindness built trust with the teachers and led to the creation of King’s Table.
Sally’s faith drives her passion to inspire local churches and communities to recognize that every life has value and purpose.
