Sewing Team makes Bean Bags for Virtual Adaptive Gym Class

After schools went virtual this fall, one of the adaptive PE teachers contacted King’s Table requesting 125 bean bags for her students. She knew it was a tall order, but also knew her students would need some fun interaction while working on their development at home. Our Program Director called upon our faithful sewing team and within one short week all 125 beanbags were delivered to the teacher so she could distribute them to her students. It just goes to show you that nothing is too big when you have the heart and creative thinking of a teacher and the skill and compassion of volunteers. Working together they create blessings and educational opportunities for students with special needs.
